At Torque E-bikes, we want you to ride with total confidence; if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unridden condition with all factory packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Shipment
Carefully pack the e-bike in its original box using the protective foam and inserts to prevent any structural or cosmetic damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a specialized freight pickup from your location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the bike upon arrival at our warehouse, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
